Konstrukt– the platform for talents of civil engineers and architects by SRMB Steel, has announced the winners of its 2nd session Konstrukt 2.0 on 10 March 2017 on its Grand Finale, held at The Lalit Great Eastern, Kolkata.

The format of Konstrukt 2.0 was the brainchild of jury members and Coordinating Committee of Konstrukt 2.0, comprising stalwarts from construction industry and faculty of IIT and IIA amongst others. “The designs we received from all over West Bengal this year can easily be termed as innovative,” said a senior jury member on the occasion.

Prof Mathur presented his thoughts on ‘Landscape Design in Architecture’ on the occasion while Faia said, “I learned more as an architect from India. All of you are welcome to The United States of America”. Appreciating the initiative by SRMB Steel, Mr. Sen said, “Great Art should not be kept in custody and such pieces of work should be displayed publicly like the ones at Madame Tussaud’s museum. I’d love to get associated with such initiatives as a Government Body.”

Mr. Kapil Dev, former captain of Indian Cricket Team and Brand Ambassador of SRMB Steel, handed over the awards to the 1st prize winners along with other dignitaries and motivated them with his speech. “Delighted to be back in Kolkata.
